14 YEARS OF COMMITMENT TO OUR FUTURE

Since 2004, ANPPCAN Malawi has stayed committed, doing everything we can together with partner organizations, donors and volunteers to advance the rights and welfare of Children of Malawi, in particular the orphaned, vulnerable and marginalized women and children. We work by tackling thematic areas, guided with our objectives and a list of activities to achieve this fit.

OUR OBJECTIVES

  1. To promote rights’ education as a basic right for every Malawian child; To promote Human rights and women rights;
  2. To convene and participate in national , regional and international forums dealing with the promotion of rights for all;
  3. To initiate, and conduct, situation analysis on the state and nature of child abuse and neglect;
  4. To accomplish the work built upon feminist values toward the full equality of women, children and human rights of all people.
  5. This includes work towards the eradication of all discrimination based on gender, sexuality, religion, age, ability, ethnicity, language, nationality, class or other factors.
  6. To work as a part of networks that advocate for collective voice, power and influence against child abuse and neglect, as well as any form of violence against women.
  7. To provide a forum that enables the exchange of information on the problems affecting children in Malawi
